
Seagal Education Requires Administrative Assistant for Singapore

Seagal Education is a specialist consultancy and training provider in social and emotional skills (EQ and SQ) for early childhood. We conduct our courses in early childhood institutions island wide. Our holistic philosophy incorporates a dynamic hands-on, play based curriculum.
We are immediately requiring reliable, experienced and energetic trainers to represent our programme at various centres islandwide.
Position: Administrative Assistant (2 Positions)
Work Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
The Company is a specialist consultancy and training provider in social and emotional skills (EQ and SQ) for early childhood. They are located at Lavender and is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma and O’levels with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in administration/operations in an SME reporting to middle management
- Singaporeans and SPRs need apply.
- Supporting & Reporting to: Director and Programme Supervisors
- Able to work from 11.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Fridays
- Must be matured, speaks excellently, independent & resourceful
- Able to speak good resonably good english
- Provide administrative support on liaising to customers for project implementation.
- Provide customer service support including handling difficult customers and complaints and relationship building to existing and new customers
- Assist and coordinate in the recruitment of trainers
- Perform other related tasks, including office administrative tasks, for smooth daily operations (phone calls and emails
- Able to work in a fast paced environmen
- Organized, positive and possess a pleasant attitud
- Computer skills and familiar with MS Office
