Position: Digital Advertising Account Executive
Work Location: Docklands, Melbourne

We need an exceptional Account Manager to sell online marketing solutions & grow/retain an existing portfolio of small to medium sized businesses.

ReachLocal is at the cutting edge of Internet advertising and we're proud to be the largest Digital Advertising Agency for local businesses both in the US and Australia. Due to continued growth we're looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Melbourne office.

Working in partnership with a BDM, your focus will be to manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing advertising customers, leveraging excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills to build trust and rapport and identify up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign set up, management & support
  • Face to face consultative selling
  • Customer management & retention
  • Issue Resolution
  • Reporting

You'll be responsible for effective and efficient entry, set up and review of online advertising campaigns to ensure optimal performance for your customers. This will involve constant surveillance of key systems and entry of accurate information to enable effective client management. You'll have experience in identifying and managing up-sell opportunities and be passionate about providing excellent service to ensure client retention.

Super-organised with fantastic communication skills, you'll be comfortable working independently on multiple tasks and thrive managing a high workload in a fast-paced sales environment.

We're keen to talk to people experienced in the sale and ongoing management of products and service delivery to SMEs in the media or advertising services industry.
