Position: Shopper & Channel Marcom Manager
Work Location: North - East
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
  • Develops Shopper and Channel communication plan
    • Aligns with channel managers and product managers on the shopper and channel communication needs
    • Drives creation of new and innovative communication ideas to support the business better (in content, approach and process)
    • Identifies needs for support and similarities across countries for shopper and channel communication materials
    • Develops year planning and proposes budget and manages this throughout year
    • Participates in relevant key MIP (i.e. launch) projects
  • Executes communication projects
    • Writes and aligns brief internally and demonstrates deep understanding of market and channel nuances and requirements
    • Sources right agency or party to execute materials and negotiates project cost and timing
    • Manages project execution and involves key stakeholders at right timing for input and sign-off
  • Supports countries in execution
    • Rolls out materials and supports countries in execution by coaching or other ways
    • Drives to make the material created more used and effective in markets

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years retail and/or trade marcom experience in a large international company
  • University level education
  • Proven track record in strong retail communication toolkit development
  • Experience in working in central role and collaborating with countries for execution.
  • Experience in working and negotiating with creative agencies, both from account as creative angle
  • Ability to work independently (without regular supervision) on multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Entrepreneurial with a great “can do” attitude.
