Position: Human Resource Executive
Work Location: Negeri Sembilan - Oakland Industrial Park
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with employees about relevant administrative processes and services provided by HR
- Assist in ad-hoc projects related to HR processes (compensation, benefits, training, budgets, payroll, insurance, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee data management systems and payroll databases
- Report employee information to authorities as necessary (social security, taxes, etc.)
- Maintain and update individual files so as to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information
- Communicate with employees about relevant administrative processes and services provided by HR
- Ensure employees are provided with adequate and required documents and information (contracts, insurance enrollment, work permits, etc.)
- Provide support to internal customers to guarantee compliance with administrative requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource of related field
- At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist preferably in large manufacturing outfit
- Strong organisational development or industrial relation would be an added advantage
- Good command of English
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Can work independently
