Position: Business Building Executive
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise consumer retail or night outlet activities within assigned area
• Ensure effective sales and marketing programs and maximize program’s reach to consumers
• Actively propose new channels and means of increasing brand and product awareness Identify unique avenue for the organisation's team to build brand awareness
• Continuously monitor the market and evaluate the performance of 3rd party business partners
• Ensure teams achieve objectives for building brand awareness, programs and events
• Develop and implement deployment plan to build awareness in a given cycle
• Negotiate and contract retail or night outlet to maximise participation in brand building activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years exprience in sales/marketing with 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience from FMCG is a must
• Experience in managing sales in night or entertainment outlet would be an added advantage
• Good understanding or product development cycle and consumer psychology
• Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of local dialect will be an added advantage
