Position: Project Manager (Interior Design)
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Munshi Abdullah

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and managing the construction of on-site interior design and monitoring / supervising the implementation of interior design work
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, clients and relevant authorities
• Inspect site works and drive the construction team to deliver the built product according to the design intention and specification. Coordinate with the project team and provide on-site response to contractor’s request for information if required.
• Coordinate with the project team to conduct defects inspection after completion of works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• High integrity with good leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with employees at all levels
