Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Work Location: Bintulu (Sarawak), Limbang (Sarawak), Miri (Sarawak), Sibu (Sarawak)

Responsibilities:

• To serve existing and acquire new Affluent customers in the Branch.
• To provide good customer experience at the Branch for Affluent customers.
• To deepen the share of wallet from the Affluent group of customers.
• Actively migrate Mass customers to Affluent segment.
• Actively migrate Affluent customers to HNW segment.
• To assist Branch in promotional activities.
• To assist and manage on all matters relating to customer service.
• To generate referrals which lead to completion of sales.
• Implement service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with minimum CGPA of 2.75/4.00 or equivalent in any discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude, energetic and people oriented.
• Committed to work, highly responsible and able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and possess analytical ability.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
