Position: Business Process Analyst / Snr Analyst
Work Location: Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for formulating and documenting process workflow for new products and services. You will also review, revise and improve the Bank’s process and standard operating procedures as well as conduct training to end users on new or existing processes.

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a banking operation environment
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good organisational and analytical skills
• Prior experience in Project Management & Card System is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, flow charting experience is an advantage
