Position: Engineering Executive
Work Location: Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
You will provide maintenance and engineering support to a portfolio of properties. You will manage a team of technicians to ensure that the M&E systems of buildings are all in good order. You will be required to implement preventive maintenance programmes for all M&E systems, procure service contracts and liaise with relevant service providers to implement rectification works. In addition, you will manage tenants’ requests for M&E services and assist in overseeing all M&E upgrading projects.

Requirements:
You should possess a diploma/degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. You should possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building automation system would be an added advantage.
