Position: Production Shift Executive
Work Location: Johor - 126A, Jalan Skudai, 81200 Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:
To assist the Production Manager to supervise the shift which he/she is incharge of in order to meet the company objectives. He/She is responsible for all the process involving the raw material to mixing, oven baking and to lead the production department towards achieving an efficient operation to produce top quality products with lowest cost to support sales.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) / Food Technology
Minimum 2 -3 years of Production supervising experience in processing of food and related products in manufacturing company
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001;2000 & 9002, HALAL standard, food safety, GMP, and HACCP experience
Experience in bakery as added advantage
Able to perform shift work
Able to lead the line staff to achieve objectives set
Analytical and good in trouble shooting skills
Good communication skill
