At CSR we are renowned for constantly changing the face of the building industry. CSR Cemintel™ Fibre Cement Systems is currently revolutionising its' range of external facade systems and requires the creativity, design flair and passion of an expert in the design community to bring this new range to life. This is a unique role focused on creating primary demand with Building Designers, Colour Consultants, Specifiers, Architects, Builders and other stakeholders within the design community.

The CSR Cemintel™ business has recently released an innovative and distinct range of pre-finished, fibre cement panels aptly named Cemintel Designer Series™. It is ideal for most residential and light commercial façade applications and is unique to the Australian market. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative personality that possesses the necessary skills and determination to successfully promote Cemintel Designer Series™ alongside our other differentiated decorative product range of facade and soffit systems.

Based at Coopers Plains in Brisbane and working closely with the wider CSR sales teams, you will be pivotal in the growth of our business. You would ideally have experience within the building industry and possess a unique passion for colour and design that ultimately delivers and exceeds sales targets. Your approach should be a consultative one, where you listen closely to the needs & drivers of your customers. You will be confident in your presentation and communication styles and can demonstrate a flair for creating ideas and options.

We envisage that you are a well trained and experienced colour and design consultant, already working within the design community and that these skills will allow you to foster and grow relationships and contacts within the industry. You have a significant and successful application of sales processes, with a proven background in understanding, creating and implementing strategies that enhance the customer value proposition.
