Position: 3D Artist
Work Location: Duluth, Georgia

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Game Development, the 3D artist will join our team-oriented group of creative people in the Game Design Department. The ideal candidate for the generalist 3D art position will create original models based on 2D concept art, design textures, animate and render compelling 3D assets.

Experience Requirements:
The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

• Excellent knowledge of design basics (lighting, composition, perspective, texturing, colors, etc.).
• Take 2D character and environment concepts into animated 3D game assets.
• Create fluid and natural character animation that demonstrate understanding of physical motion, weight, balance and form.
• Ability to accurately rig complex 2D/3D characters and write scripts for ease of animation.

• Ability to receive constructive feedback and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to the ever-changing environment of a fast-growing company.

• After Effects
• Zbrush or Mudbox
• Traditional 2D animation
• Knowledge of a real time game engine
• Unity experience is a plus
• Bachelor Media Art and Animation or equivalent work experience.
