The Senior MINI CRM Specialist is responsible for managing the overall strategy and implementation of all MINI USA CRM programs. This position will define business requirements, success metrics and track and report results for management review. He/she must measure and evaluate the overall efficiency and effectiveness of CRM communications at the national, regional and dealership level. Additionally, the incumbent must analyze and report program ROI including response rates, sales conversions, customer profiles etc. The incumbent will oversee the messaging strategy and creative development of communication streams for MINI prospects, registrants and owners, including email, white mail and social media initiatives. He/she will identify ways to maintain an active dialogue with our existing owners to bolster loyalty. This position will regularly monitor owner network activities (i.e. message boards) to stay tapped-in to the thoughts, ideas and opinions of the MINI owner community. Additionally, this position will monitor 3rd party Web communities, social networks, etc. to track what's being said about the MINI brand, product and service. He/she will share and discuss findings with agency and management to inform decisions and tactics moving forward. Lastly, the Senior MINI CRM Specialist will act as the primary contact for the MINI USA marketing database provider, and develop segmentation strategies and tactics for both the owners and prospects communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years automotive experience in Marketing or CRM related activities
