The Outbound Collections Specialist will administer the delinquent receivables of BMW Financial Services NA, LLC and MINI Financial Services in accordance with the collection policies of the company in order to minimize loss and delinquency levels. This position is primarily responsible for initiating outbound collection calls managed by risk rating through the decision engine priority matrix. The person in this position has a goal of reducing overall delinquency, verifying customer demographics and, as a last resort, initiating repossession action for accounts 45-74 days past due and accelerated accounts 11-44 days past due.

**Work schedule may require evenings and Saturdays.**

Minimum Requirements:

• 6-12 months collections experience
• 6-12 months customer service experience

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree (or continuous progress toward a degree)
• 6-12 months financial services industry experience
• 6-12 months skip tracing/ investigations experience
