Position: Fulfillment Planner (Asia Pacific)
Work Location: Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
  • Supply Management:
    • Monitors master data setting for replenishment plan. Submits and reviews replenishment fcst with source plants. Raise PO to source based on the confirmed production plan.
    • Monitors stock availability and updates shipment status with Country Business Partners.
    • Reviews open orders for potential shortage and follows up with source on status update.
    • Handles special shipment request such as drop shipment, urgent air shipment etc.
    • Work with Regional DC Logistics on inbound shipment planning and timely arrival.
    • Ensures inbound shipping discrepancies are resolved and closed weekly.
    • Work together with Regional Logistic & Global Transportation team on Service Level Agreements.
  • Demand Supply Planning Review:
    • Get latest market information to explain replenishment forecast variations.
    • Attend Demand Supply Planning Review meeting & take relevant action with respective source related to supply management.
    • Analyses options and makes recommendations for supply related challenge.
    • Manages exceptions & escalate for next level decision making as appropriate.
  • Backorder & Allocation Management:
    • Monitors potential backorders & provides status update on Back order list.
    • Executes the manual allocation plan provided by Regional Demand Planner.
    • Monitors outbound shipment from source and ensures products are allocated to customer orders per agreed priorities.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Reviews Safety Stock periodically base on replenishment policy & counter propose for changes if necessary.
    • Ensures system is updated with the correct planning parameters.
    • Plans and maintains inventory levels to achieve targeted service levels, backorder incidence/ duration and inventory turns.
    • Performs periodic reviews on E&O follows through on the disposition.
    • Identifies and pursues inventory reduction opportunities.
    • Follows through on product recalls and RGA returns to supplying division.
  • Key Supply Chain Operations Metrics:
    • Responsible on achieving targeted supply chain operation metrics on Back Order, Line Fill Rates, Future Days Supply & Inventory Turns.
    • Responsible for Service Level Agreement with Interco Stock Transfer processing time from source, and from RDC to target country DCs in Asia Pacific region.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business / Logistics / Economics with minimum 2 years of supply chain planning/ Inventory management experience.
  • SAP & APO knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Excel application.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Enjoy data mining/ report analysis, ability to perform root cause analysis with recommendation of resolutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Business and customer oriented and a good team player.
