Position: Workshop Supervisor
Work Location: Kemaman, Terengganu

Responsibility:

• Supervises employees who perform the maintenance and installation operation of electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations.
• Schedules activities and maintains inventory of spare parts.
• May establish preventative maintenance program.
• Evaluates and gives performance feedback to individuals.
• Facilitates conflict resolution.
• Handles special projects, as assigned.

Requirement:

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 7 + years experience in maintenance and / or 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment.
