The Technology Analyst will work under general direction as a member of the Country Implementation Management team engaged in the implementation and maintenance of TAS technology platforms. Tasks will include making preliminary assessments and recommending solutions in line with countries/business needs for major country releases, warranty fixes, customer pilot and data migration.

The role holder will communicate with the Business Unit staff and participate in customer meetings to identify and understand customer business needs and requirements. Liaising with vendors and customers will support capacity for problem resolution in relation to the introduction, development and maintenance of new products, services and functionality. You will develop detailed specifications from broad business requirements and provide tailored solutions. The candidate will undertake investigation, testing and implementation of routine system fixes.

Qualifications:
To apply, you should have experience in large complex transformation projects and solid understanding of technology change management. Sound knowledge of patching, hot fixes and environments and demonstrated negotiation and problem determination skills will be a must. A solid understanding in system management disciplines and processes will be required. An ideal incumbent will have 4 years of working experience in technology/IT setting as an analyst. Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills will also be necessary.
