Position: Landscape Coordinator
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the design of variety of projects, including urban regeneration schemes, pedestrian schemes, road or retail schemes, and maintaining the character of sites of natural beauty (hardscape design).
• Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project.
• Designing the layout of parks & gardens (softscape design).
• Report to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Architecture, Landscape, or Urban Studies/Town Planning from reputable Universities.
• At least 3 years of working experience as Landscape Inspector in developer company or consultant.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
