Position: HR (Human Resource) Analyst
Work Location: Banten - Serpong

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow and cost analysis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to be located in Banten, Serpong
  • Energetic, meticulous, and initiative
  • Patient, hard working and full dedicated

Position: Organization Development Specialist
Work Location: Banten - Serpong

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance business performance though a focus on organization design, business process alignment & job analysis
  • Improve employee development program such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning & Career Management using competency-based models
  • Review & improve HR process & policy

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably in Human Resource Management
  • Having experience minimum 2 years in HR field / HR Consultant, preferable in Organization Development
  • Good knowledge of Organization Development (Organization Design, Organization Behavior, Job Analysis & Performance Management)
  • Detailed oriented, good analytical skill & communication skill
  • Proficient in English literature both oral and written
