Position: Key Account Supervisor
Work Location: Bali, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan

Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales target
• Maintain existing customer and develop new customer
• Ensure product penetration based on recommended SKU guideline
• Ensure visibility of Danone Aqua brands in customer level
• Implement activity program based on communicated brief
• Monitoring on sales performance and the key cost driver (Price/ promotion/ logistic-transportation/ payment term) to optimize profitability
• Provides reports on market and competitor activities, sales updates
• Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or a continuing basis, within his/her area of competency

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in any field
• Have working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available for each location
• Good in English, both written and spoken
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Self-motivated and strong drive
• Able to react fast to changing environment
• Having Organizing and prioritizing ability
• Ability to deal with complex situations
• Having positive and constructive spirit
