Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Work Location: Harbourfront (Central/South) - Jurong Island

Responsibilities:

Spare Part Inventory Control

• Set up and implement spare part inventory system
• Monitor and control spare parts movement
• Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
• Consolidate SDM (Plan shutdown Maintenance) work items and prepare all spare parts required
• Plan yearly stock check schedule and perform regular stock checks

Maintenance

• Supervise SDM work to ensure that repairs and inspection works are completed according to Company specifications
• Support Engineers on daily plant maintenance work when required

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and spare part management
• Certification in Store Management is advantageous
• Experience in setting up a spare part inventory system, familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
