Position: Senior Site Supervisor
Work Location: Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all building defective works(QA/AC)- Monitor, support, execute, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works; collaborate with other departments in order to ensure all defect works carried out by contractor are on schedule and improvement on the quality and finishing of the products.
• Compiling documents, reports and reporting- Analyze, facilitate, compile and submit documents and reports inclusive photos for all building defective, group quality excellence programme works. Develop the processes of opening and closing all defect lists and submit to Manager within time frame given in order to ensure effective on the progress and error free transition
• Quality control and assurance - facilitate, support, execute and assess impact of policies on the quality of the company products.
• Study and feedback defect during and post construction- support site staff in finding cause of defect and remedial measure in order to ensure construction quality

Requirements:

• Experience in project implementation and QA/QC matters of construction / development projects.
• Experience in handling complex building defective works.
• Extensive experience in monitoring quality of structural and architectural works.
