We are currently looking for:

Position: Proposal Manager
Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for technical matters within the sales team including technical proposal/contract development
  • Establish the cost side of projects
  • Manage interfaces to the engineering, SCM and project management sub-divisions
  • Prepare tender offer and contract documents
  • Participate in negotiations with customers on technical matters
  • Prepare the technical limits of authority
  • Perform technical handover to project management
  • Analysis of pre-sales activities by won and lost orders and drawing conclusions for sales strategy
  • Leadership/Coaching of the sales team as well as coaching of the associated partners in the regional entitles

Requirements:
  • Degree of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Expose to Wind Turbine industry with knowledge of project management
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in handling large, complex projects
  • Experienced in all technical sales and financial & commercial issues
  • Good team player, customer-focused, results and quality-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a diverse environment with excellent communication skills
