Position: Part Time Group Marketing Assistant
Work Location: New York, NY
Job Type: Part time

Description:
This is a part time position for a high-energy person to join a fast-paced team. The Group Marketing Assistant must have a “can do” attitude and be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of online auctions and sweepstakes
• Support online marketing initiatives
• Assist in developing and managing social media promotions and campaigns
• Help to write content for newsletters and other email announcements
• Aid in the response of customer service emails for a consumer website
• Assist with invoicing

Qualifications:

• Flexible and comfortable with taking on a variety of new tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook
• Organized, focused, detail-oriented, honest
• Comfortable in a team environment
• Familiarity with Google Analytics a plus
• Customer service experience a plus
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
