Position: Operations Analyst
Work Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Summary:
This is a high level technical position responsible for account provisioning, system monitoring, and project work. Will establish strong relationships with clients and all functional teams in VCPI. This individual also mentors and Service Desk analysts in technical matters. Responds to service needs and requests and interacts with executive level clients. THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE: SUNDAYS 8PM - 5AM AND MON. - THURS. 9PM - 5AM.

Essential Functions:
  1. Monitors enterprise-wide systems, processes, LAN/WAN connectivity.
  2. Serves as the command center for problem and incident management.
  3. Responsible for outage management, for both scheduled and unscheduled outages.
  4. Creates, maintains and disable accounts in Active Directory for over 30,000 users and 250 applications.
  5. Participates in cross-functional collaboration for process improvement and project management.
  6. Designs and scripts end-user tools.
  7. Performs and documents business analytics.

Other Duties:
Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related degree.
  • Experience: At least four year in a related position preferably with a healthcare and information technology service organization.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with peers, managers and director level executives. Demonstrated ability to understand and work in Active Directory. Possesses above average oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to document technical procedures. Ability to work autonomously. Demonstrates ability to also execute Service Desk and computer processing responsibilities. Ability to assist clients in strategic decisions related to internal structures. Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple high priority tasks directly related to our clients or internal staff. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, problem resolution and conflict management skills.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, standing, sitting, walking, and bending.
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
  • Sits, uses computer screen and keyboard the majority of the day.
