Position: Travel Producer
Work Location: Central - Chang Charn Road-Any

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection, research, analyse and management of travel packages for inSing.com Travel Classifieds
• Curate and recommend changes based on collection and analysis of channel metrics and customer feedback
• Supports business process of updating and activating travel classified packages
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of info input
• Responsible for managing relationship with the clients
• Perform proper follow-up with key contacts at client side
• Conduct training session to educate the clients
• Conduct & review travel agencies’ accounts and provide campaign analysis and updates and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their ROI
• Working with content, production, marketing, and sales team to create and promote the channel to increase awareness and traffic
• The day to day activities of the producer would include data input, editing, reproducing content from freelancers, content partners to enhance the channel

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Media Studies or Mass Communication and its equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in the online industry
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior years of experience in online operations for a publisher, ad agency, or ad network will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• Good writing and editing skills
• Understanding of technology
• Demonstrate solid organization, prioritization and negotiation skills
