We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic and professional Property Management team.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, highly organised with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. A strong sense of responsibility and exceptional problem solving skills are a must.

Position: Property Manager
Work Location: ACT

Your duties will include:

• Assisting in managing a property portfolio
• Liaising with tenants and tradesmen
• Conducting routine inspections
• Maintaining strong existing client relationships
• Assisting the growing Property Management team with admin tasks as
• Taking and returning phone calls as required
• Facilitating with processing inventory and condition reports
• Processing maintenance requests

Experience in Real Estate and registration is essential. Remuneration will be based on experience & proven results. A highly attractive package including use of a company car during business hours, mobile phone and bonuses.
