Position: Process Technician ( Die Attach, Solder Reflow & Solder Printing)
Work Location: Penang - Bayan Lepas

Responsibilities:

• To perform equipment set-up after breakdown or conversion
• To perform fine-tuning & optimization of preliminary process parameter
• To perform troubleshooting on equipment when there is breakdown
• To perform troubleshooting on process when there is an issue
• To track yield improvement activities
• To collect data on engineering activities
• To perform periodical audit on process control

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Microelectronics) or equivalent
• At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge in FOL equipments & processes
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and good teamwork
• Applicant must be willing to work on normal shift
