Position: Associate, Treasury Financial Control
Work Location: Singapore

Treasury Financial Control is a specialist control unit that focuses on the financial control of the Treasury Business, covering a front to back scope of financial performance measurement, valuation control, product control and regulatory capital adequacy of treasury products.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate, you will be given comprehensive training programs which combine formal learning in technical product knowledge, on-the-job practice and personal coaching. At the end of these training programs, you will have placements within Treasury Financial Control group covering the following core functions: P&L reporting and analysis; valuation adjustments recognition and reporting; position and P&L reconciliation between Front Office and General Ledger; regulatory capital reporting (BASEL) and product and process innovations.

Requirements:
  • You must possess a good Honours Degree (2nd Upper Class Honours and above) in Mathematics, Economics, Accountancy, Business (Finance major preferred) or Engineering with no more than 1 year of work experience if the candidate has already graduated.
  • You should be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an attention for detail. You must enjoy challenging assignments and possess the tenacity to deliver against the odds.
