
Maybank Requires Business Analyst EDMS for Kuala Lumpur

Position: Business Analyst EDMS, IT TRANSFORMATION
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur - Menara Maybank
Responsibilities:
- Working with business users and ensure compliance with policies and business rules;
- Documenting the necessary components into functional specifications required by the application;
- Coordinating the User Acceptance Testing ensure all parties work towards completion of tasks as per project timeline;
- Providing training (train the trainer) and implementation support;
- Documentation of system manuals;
- Performing Pre-UAT to ensure the readiness of the environment (e.g. test IDs) for UAT (excluding Functional testing);
- UAT Test Plan to be prepared by the Business Analyst for users’ reference during the users’ preparation of the UAT test script;
- UAT Test Script will be used by Business Analyst to ensure the required accesses are provided; and
- Authorizing migration of programs to UAT upon sighting SIT sign-off by the IT Project Team.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- 5+ years of total BA experience with at least 3 years of High-level Functional understanding of the EDMS (FileNet P8) Platform components
- Facilitate, Lead and coordinate business requirements gathering, business process modelling and prepare documentation to a standard that can be handed off to FileNet Technical Consultants
- Prior Business/Process Analysis experience and/or FileNet EDMS experience including designing, implementing and reviewing content-centric business processes
- Experience in using FileNet Business Process Modeller or similar tool, in a Financial Services environment
- Good understanding of SDLC and how Business Process Model artefacts feed into and impact downstream SDLC deliverables
- Workshop facilitation or one-on-one interview capability associated with the capturing business process requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills
