Position: Project Management Manager (Backend Assembly)
Work Location: Malacca (Melaka)

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor project management team towards success of project milestones with Project Management skills such as cost reporting, project planning, soft skills (people commnucation, etc)
• Focus on Business Win Oppurnities by creating flexibility of project milestones in-order to fulfill business & quality needs.
• Responsible for Projects under ItTa & ItP, and key counterpart to Project Office (Dr. Georg Dragger) for milestone systematic definition
• Definition of communication loops and representation of POM DEV to the eyes of Business Unit (e.g. Product, Marketing, Quality Management, Product Line heads, etc), to FE (Technology Development, Process Integration, etc) and to BE (PTI organization, OP BE Board, POM)
• Lead escalation topics to Top Management in the case of crisis mode
• Lead & Mentor Master Data systematic (DEAL, SAP), project office (KLUSA) engineers, and key counterpart to Business Unit for R&D budgeting for segment POM annually.
• Main counterpart for packaging solutions, and project management to Business Unit IMM (PL21, 54, 52), ATV (PL STD, BP) and SENS & CONTROLS
• Represent POM Segment for interface to UPD, PDC & IN (PTI) and resources and priority topics
• Involve in Talent Management Activities (selected as Talent Management) such as MAL Technical & Innovation Symposium
• Lead Infineon MAL (segment LO/DS & SENS/POM) for Compentency Tree for the field of package development

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics
• Minimum 7 years in Project Management in Power Semiconductors
• Experience in Assembly and Test processes in Power Packages
• Experienced in decision making towards Business Success for Infineon
• Detailed knowledge in project management skills and team player, well known influence in BE and BU
