
Gemalto Urgently Requires HR Executive for Singapore

We are currently seeking qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join us as:
Position: HR Executive
Work Location: Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly Payroll Processing and administration of all HR (Human Resource) related.
Main Activities/Task:
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, preparation of pay slips, CPF submissions, IR8A, IR21 Tax Clearance and NS Claims on timely and accurate basis.
- Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors.
- Administering of resignation and termination salaries.
- Generating & preparation of payroll reports for approvals before submission of bank listing to process interbank GIRO transfer of salary payout to all staff.
- Ensure that payroll accounting actions are performed according to laws, regulations and company requirements.
- Leave management, Time Management & System administration.
- Participates in yearly salary benchmarking & survey.
- Prepare HR reports / indicators / statistics information.
- Updating and maintaining of HR Information System for employee’s data.
- Regular review and update of HR policies & organization.
- Responsible for Performance Review.
- Assist to develop and implement short/long term HR initiatives in support of Manufacturing’s strategic objectives.
- The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Gemalto Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll administration experience.
- Minimum 2 years working in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- A team player with passion for Human Resource work
- Possess excellent communication skills & people engagement abilities.
- Positive and self motivated.
- Meticulous and good with numbers. Good analytical skills with an eye for details.
- Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency.
