Position: Knowledge Assurance - Sr. Advisor
Work Location: Selangor - Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:
The expectation of the role is for the incumbent to be a change agent – facilitate and partner with the business to develop protections/controls to help drive the protection, management and disposition of Dell data and to help the business develop appropriate data management and data steward practices. The incumbent will be responsible for being intimately familiar with business unit operations and processes in order to identify the appropriate intersection points for the protections/controls. This is a clean sheet planning role – building something from nothing. The incumbent must be able envision a protected end state, build it and sell it, that is, garner buy-in and support for the proposed solutions. The incumbent is expected to be able to perform all change management activities which would require outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills. The role will be highly visible hence the candidate should possess executive presence.

  • Extensive understanding of information management in service business models
  • Must be able to implement and improve processes and procedures for managing information throughout their lifecycle and to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and business requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of information lifecycle management best practices
  • Extensive experience working with management of electronic information
  • Demonstrated extensive project management successes
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, cultivate and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders including senior execs, mid-level management and end-users
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaborate with others
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and develop collaborative internal and external relationships

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required
  • Minimum of undergraduate degree required
  • Experience working in a multi-national IT Services company preferred
  • Preferred professional certifications: CIPP, CRM, CISSP, PMP
