Position: Business Development Manager - North Ryde
Work Location: Sydney, NSW

An exciting career opportunity has become available for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our dedicated CSR Panel Systems team to promote the use of our products/systems within the commercial building sector.

Hebel currently manufactures and distributes an amazingly innovative building material that has been used in Europe for more than 60 years and has currently been used in Australia for over 20 years. To help assist with our growth we need your help to maintain, source and develop both new and existing customers within the commercial sector in New South Wales - covering areas in Sydney, Wollongong and ACT.

We are looking for a strategic Business Development superstar who must have a positive "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

  • Experience selling within the commercial building/construction/manufacturing industry;
  • Proven ability to develop and establish strong working relationships within the industry and their customers e.g.
  • Developers, Builders, Architects, Engineers and Building Designers;
  • Ability to establish and commit to a plan to achieve business development objectives;
  • Demonstrate qualities and demeanour that command leadership respect;
  • Adept at marshalling resources to achieve sales and organisational goals;
  • Current Commercial building contacts; and
  • A tenacious sales approach, solution & relationship focused.
