Position: Credit Control Officer
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to negotiate on repayment from customer.
• Offer repayment solution to customers by providing debt counseling.
• To attend walk in customers on collection related matters.
• Ensure departmental KPI's are met/achieved.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Required languages; English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with excellent problem solving skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
