Position: Teller Head
Work Location: Palembang (South Sumatra)

Description:
As the Teller Head, you will oversee and manage teller operations by supervising and controlling the teller activities to support the bank's business and to ensure delivery of excellent service quality to customers. Providing efficient service to individual customers by performing a range of bank procedures and transactions, including interviews for general transactions will bring success.

The candidate should have the ability to determine when an extended interaction should be attempted in relation to queue length and customer traffic volumes, or whether referral is more appropriate. You will provide friendly and responsive customer service in transaction, enquiry and maintenance areas by developing positive customer relationships. The key is to ensure the cash flow in and out of the bank is controlled in the effective manner.

Qualifications:
To take charge in this role, you should have prior experience in teller and operation side of Banking Industry. Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures along with experience and knowledge of local regulatory requirements will be essentials. Tertiary qualifications in a business related field will be preferred. Excellent comprehension, written and spoken English and good planning, problem solving and organising skills will also be required.
