Position: Manager, Finance & PMO
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial management planning - assist in preparing the business cases and in documenting them
Define program financial processes - identify requirements, identify responsibilities, and develop the financial reporting package
Establish and manage the department account structure including program management expense or chart accounts
Lead and be accountable for the Project Management Office (PMO) to shape and support the Operations Excellence and Business Process Management program
Monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
Monitor and manage sub-teams morale and productivity

Requirements:

Tertiary qualified in accounting / finance
7+ years Project / Programme management office and governance experience
Accounting & Finance background
5+ years Banking experience (not mandatory)
Wide exposure in Shared Services industry will be advantageous
Excellent leadership and project management skills in fostering interpersonal relationship liaison skills, particularly with business users
Broad knowledge of banking related products and services
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
