Started as the Care Liaison Service in 1992, the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is set up by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to oversee, coordinate and facilitate all efforts in care integration. Position: Senior Executive / Executive, Industry Development, Community Care Development Division
Work Location: Central

Responsibilities:
You will report to the Senior Manager/ Manager, Community Care Development.

• Involved in development and implementation of industry engagement strategies.
• Establish good networks to promote ILTC sector capabilities and identify potential collaboration opportunities with industry partners.
• Work with industry partners across the ILTC sector to facilitate implementation of collaborations projects.
• Support and coordinate the implementation of new ideas, initiatives and services aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of the ILTC sector.
• Review, monitor and evaluate the outcomes of projects to ensure the viability of collaboration projects.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community development and multi-agency work, preferably in healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of local voluntary, statutory and commercial stakeholders in the ILTC sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Nationality: Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residence
