A company in Fort Lauderdale is looking for qualified candidates with experience in the following:

• Experience with support and service, including prior experience working with actual customers, with a demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer service issues
• Perform root cause investigations and provide feedback and corrective action
  Provide internal technical support for Sales, Production, QA, and Repair departments
• Resolve customer Aircraft on Ground critical issues by coordinating internal departments together
• Provide external end-user support in the following areas: Troubleshooting, installation assistance, training, and technical direction on the proper usage on functionality of equipment.
• 75% of the work will be done in-house and 25% travel when needed. Any potentials must have the ability to be dispatched anywhere in the world.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
