Position: Vice President/Senior Manager, Asset Management
Work Location: West Singapore

Responsibilities:
You will manage the appropriate positioning of properties within the investment portfolio and the formulation of asset management plans to maximize the income and value for the properties under your charge. You will set appropriate asset positioning, devise and implement effective marketing strategy and control operational cost to maximise income of buildings. You may also be involved in the acquisition, structuring, due diligence and documentation processes of new properties as well as evaluation of development of facilities.

Requirements:
You should possess a degree in Real Estate/Finance/Engineering or its equivalent with strong knowledge in finance. You need to have at least 5-8 years’ relevant experience with a mixed involvement in asset management, development, marketing/leasing and investment work. Familiarity with regional real estate markets particularly in office, retail and residential sector. Strong proficiency in financial modeling is essential. Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
