Job Type: Maintenance Technicians / Engineers (MF01)
Work Location: Gul (West)

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the effective planning and maintenance of production & facility equipment to ensure their smooth operation. The incumbent is responsible for planning, scheduling an effective preventive maintenance program, utilizing company resources and external support to achieve stated organizational goals. Candidates with lesser experience will be consider for maintenance technician position.

• To lead a group of technicians / contractors to service, maintain, repair, of CNC production machineries
• Able to perform preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment involving mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control devices
• Plan and schedule periodic inspection and certification renewal on facility, production and emergency equipment
• Execute and implement service & maintenance contract
• Enforce safety policies, procedures and housekeeping standards, to ensure a safe work environment
• Co-ordinate and supervise weekend and after-hours maintenance and repair works as and when require
• Training and development of subordinates to ensure continuous improvement in job performance
• To plan budget and monitor expenses
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels

Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma in any Engineering discipline with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the repairing of CNC metal machining industries
• Candidates with NTC2 and 5 years of relevant working experience with CNC machines may also apply
• A valid LEW license is preferred
• Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents may apply
